As a care home provider I contacted Ian Webb of Whelan Pest Prevention and was delighted that I did so. Ian was very considerate, caring, discrete and displayed a genuine concern making it very easy to work with him. Following his own survey, he provided us with comprehensive details of the challenge and explicit details on how he intended to address the problem. He was incredibly meticulous and very thorough with the treatment. On completion of treatment he was also kind enough to provide us with post treatment good housekeeping instructions to ensure no re-occurrence of the problem. I’m delighted to advise that 6 weeks after Ian’s treatment we remain bed bug free. To Ian’s credit, from the moment we appointed him he worked with us prior to, during and after treatment and we are sure that we could not have received a better service from any other organisation. He is now on our preferred supplier list.”
